For anyone who cares, this is my all time favorite John Mayer song. This is my all time favorite song of any song ever of all time. It's so comforting to know that tons of people, even John Mayer just want to get away and "leave this shit behind". It's like he is singing about a part directly from my life. "Still everything happens for a reason is no reason not to ask myself, if i am living it right." Those are truly words to live by.

first of all, i cant believe i just read all of britt and todd's 'conversation'...
but anyway, i totally agree with HeyJude's comment, i love the idea behind this song as well. if only life were so simple that we could drive away from it and leave it all behind... i think john mayer is an amazing talent.

when hes just playing the guiter and singing. i heard some
of his accoustic stuff and it is awesome too!! if he ever plays
live near you go see him! hey i have a question but for any

I love John Meyer he's coming to concert here soon im so excited, I only wish my husband was as affectionate as he is in his songs... And isnt he just the cuttest thing you've ever seen? Thanks John Meyer for one of those inspirational songs you dont hear that often :)

First things first, I love the song. I'm in fact a Georgia Peach and if you've ever been, you know exactly what he's talking about. Secondly, whoever Britt and Todd are- that was the most bizarre and down-right dumb thing I've seen in the longest time, so thank you for reminding me that people like you really do exsist. That, and if you are going to have a converstaion between the two of you on a post board for LYRICS, atleast have something to say that isn't that incredibly boring. Yall talked about your preference of tea over coffee, and why exactly I even cared to read that far into it, I don't know. Anyway- ur STUPID.
