I got a good one: ever fallen in love with someone and that someone ended up with your best friend?, well happened to me TWICE. And hell this song inspires me that feeling, that feeling of going out and feed with anything that gives me back my spirit. Well that sounded a little whiny or corny or whatever, it's still the best song ever.

i love this song i think the lyrics and the tunes amazing. Personaly i think that every song is interpreted by different people in different ways, and the way that i look at this songs meaning is that you fall for the same person again, just as you were getting over them... but that could just be the way i want 2 interpret it.

Nowadays "Going to Pasalacqua" has become my favourite Green Day song since I figured out I was right about it's meaning. Anyway, ever fallen in love with the wrong kind of girl?, that's why Billie hesitates about oing after that girl or not and by the way, Pasalacqua its a funeral house so...

I think this is one of the very best songs from Green Day's fisrt album. I understand the lyrics as when someone it's tired of one love and suddenly...you fell in love again...from some other girl!. Could you take it like that? just think: "here we go again infatuation touches me just when I tought that it would end...". Green Day ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
