What "Naj" said.
I was in my teens when The Beatles were creating the music in the 60's. John simply "understood". And in doing so inspired his team to add and help sculpt the melodies and lyrics. Often needing no more than a spark of inspiration to create something that spoke to us, and often "for" us.
Such a short song lyrically, speaking volumes to us all.
Rest In Peace John/Geoge.

It's "Love is old, love is new"!!
And did you know that Lennon composed this song when wife Yoko Ono was playing Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" while he was lying on the sofa in the same room ?
He suddenly jumped and asked her to play the piece with the chords backwards, and there was "Because" bursting into a daylight sonata !!!
A very sensitive tune and a wonderful work of triads on vocal harmonies !!!!
John, Paul and George singing together, and the resulting track being overdubbed twice on 2 separate tracks, which makes the end result a vocal harmony of 9 people, 3 of them singing in unisson !!!!!
