Hey guys I don't have a step-dad and I think it's really fucked up and it was for Billie too. This was the first song he ever wrote and it was about his mom and It was not just because he didn't like his step-dad, he really hated hm because he was causing too much pain to her mom and his whole family. Anyway, everytime I heard this tune t reminds of a girl I was infatuated with and well you can figure out the rest. Fuck stupid hig school popular kids! fuck them all!, THEY screwed up MY life.

This song isn't about whether or not he likes his step dad. No one likes step dad's at first and some never do. This song is a question to his mother asking the obvious question of 'Why do you want him?'It's hard adjusting to any perm. change, he wants to know what's wrong with not having anyone and wants to know why his mother feels that she needs to move on.
