the omen movie was a movie at late 80s. The movie that come out in 2006 was a remake. Whatever a great song by Iced Earth :)

Great song, great album. Just listen to Iced Earth. Jon Schaffer is a genious.

I didn't see the movie "Omen", but the album "Horror Show" is all based about stories or legends, "Wolf" is about werewolfs, "Damien" about a little evil boy, "Jeckyl and Hyde" about 2 stealers that have been executed. So the movie is not old or based on this song, it's only cause the song and the movie is based on the same story.

has anyone watched "the Omen", the movie. well the story is pretty similiar "omen" was brought to birth by a jackal, he is later named "Damien" by his fake parents which have no clue of his evil. A priest tries to convince his father to kill the boy in a certain way he also writes a poem which is the chorus of this song. now the poem and the chorus are from a prophecy written in the Bible but offcourse they arent written in rhyme. this song was written long before the movie was released, in many theaters it was released on june 6 2006. was Omen a movie wich was released a long time ago but remade this year or is it in any way influenced or based on this song?

Ah yes, another Iced Earth masterpiece. Seriously, this song needs to be heard, it was a shame that Matt Barlowe left the band, but Tim "Ripper" Owens has done a fine job of filling in the void.
