Ok, I would say that St. Anger did suck. Having a solo in a song is truely what metal is about. I don't say that Metallica sucks though, because I do understand that during the recording of this album, James did go into rehab, leaving Lars with most of the writing, but, neverthe less, the album did suck. The rest of the albums are Freakin' awesome. Master of Puppets is my favorite album.

me...i think this song is fuckin excelllent...i remember back in the day i was headbangin to this n blacked out from headbangin so hard...that was nuts...but in my opinion on the St. Anger thing, i believe if you're a true metallica fan u can find it in ur hearts that it is indeeed a good album, even tho the drums aint as goood or sum other stufff...but still, all of metallica's shit kicks asss

whats wrong with the St Anger album? OK, so its not as good as the other stuff like this, but why doesn't it exist? There are several good songs on St Anger, if you'd actually listen to them instead of reading that there aren't any solos, it is detuned and the lyrics do get repetitive after a while, and listening with closed ears. There are some great rhythms on St Anger, including the title track, frantic and others, and the lyrics are ok. Better than listening to McFly, eh?

metallica IS awsome they rock like nobody has rocked before whiplash is awsome and as a track is pure heavymetal GOLD P.S. the album " ST. ANGER" does NOT exist as far as i'm concerned- PEACE*
