omggggggggg in the verse he is talking about himself..so yes than it is about girls from a guy but in the chorus he is talking to the ppl listening to his song..YOUR school..or else he would have said true to MY school get over it. your wrong. it is girl or guy

um in the chorus its not "like you would to your girl or guy" its just girl, cause their an all male band and girl rymes with "be true to your school" duh.
