you know what? 50 Cent is one overrated mo'fo', plus he's bad for hip hop. First off, he ain't saying sh!t that ain't been said by every other gangsta rapper that came before him. Wow, a P.I.M.P., huh? How original. I never would have come up with that. The only reason he's so big is coz he fits perfectly on Em & Dre's coattails. And anyone that even says his name in the same sentence as Tupac is an idiot. Just coz Pac was big then and 50 is big now, that doesn't make them the same, or even similar. Pac was living proof that you can be on the gangster tip and still be saying something constructive. All I hear from 50 is ho's, pimping, robbing and guns, and that's it. No community, no society, no reality. And unfortunately, people that don't know hip hop very well think that all it is is mainstream-ass bullsh!t like him. So people don't bother to look deeper and they never see the Commons and Kwelis and dead prez who actually have something positive and REAL to say. So in conclusion, 50 is the worst possible thing for hip hop right now, and the more postings you see about how hip hop is sh!t, remember that it's probably because of 50. If there was any justice in the world, Talib Kweli would be multi-platinum and 50 would still be slinging. But hey, since when do people look for positive intelligent artists to promote, am I right?
