Another way of looking at it is that the person who tripped him is a heel. I'm not British but I do believe that heel is slang for an idiot or irresponsible person. And an arrant heel would then be a complete idiot. In either case I believe soccer would be the sport being played, or football if you call it football. But definetly not American football.
Wow..the uhm..Avatar Of Truth is a real asshole it seems. Not a thank you for posting a good song, maybe a "Oh you got this wrong it actually this.." no cat fucking insults someone for getting two goddamn words wrong, I'll never understand people, And the odd thing is it's a song that completely ridicules that exact kind of behaviour. Maybe next time AvatarofTruth you should try to understand the lyrics before enforcing them like the fucking swat team.
